Hello!

I’m Katie, a London based chef and food stylist.

I started baking scones and soda bread at my local bakery in Derry before training at Ballymaloe Cookery School. A hop across the water to London, I spent time in the kitchens at e5 Bakehouse, Spring, Luminary Bakery and Tiella.

Now I work as a freelancer in the world of food. Food styling, bespoke celebration cakes, recipe development, wedding catering…. my life is centred around food. I’ve collaborated with many great chefs, brands and publications including Kerrygold, Aesop, Phaidon and The Guardian.
